The WBG invites qualified firms to submit technical and financial proposals to provide on-demand crisis response call handling and overflow mental health counseling services. Please refer to the ANNEXES Tab for RFP Instructions.

Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
