IFC is seeking an International Consulting Firm (the Consultant) to work with the IFC Laos Green Finance Project team to develop a taxonomy for the financial sector in partnership with the BOL. The objective of the assignment is to assist in creating a phase one of a taxonomy by supporting the formulation of strategy with regional and international good practices; defining the taxonomy¡¯s strategic goals; environmental objectives; priority sectors; technical screening criteria for selected sectors; and developing and finalizing a taxonomy with stakeholder consultations and expert reviews. Additionally; the Consultant will facilitate the dissemination of the final taxonomy to market participants and stakeholders through organized events and communication tools.
