1.     Project overviewThe First C3A Annual Symposium will be held December 6; 2024; at the Conference Center in the World ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵAPP Offices in Paris; 66 Av. d'I¨¦na; 75016 Paris. This event will convene leading voices in global climate policy and research to bridge the gap between science and policy on climate and nature-related economic and financial policies. Approximately 100 participants are expected to attend in person. The event will feature 2 plenary sessions with high-level dialogues between renowned experts in the field and policy makers. It will also feature several parallel sessions where researchers and practitioners will present their contributions in the form of working papers and policy briefs. Following the closing session; the event will conclude with a convivial time to facilitate exchange among participants. 2     Objectives of the assignmentThe vendor is required to assist with the planning; coordination; and external and internal communications prior to and during the First C3A Annual Symposium.
