Fily Sissoko is the World ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵAPP Resident Representative for Togo, based in Lom¨¦. Prior to his appointment, Fily Sissoko was Manager of the Governance Global Practice for the East Asia and Pacific region, based in Bangkok.
An Ivorian national, he joined the World ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵAPP in 2002 as a financial management specialist in the Dakar office.
In his new functions, he has three main priorities: (i) strengthen the World ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵAPP's commitment to Togo to continue supporting the government's roadmap implementation, particularly in terms of economic and social inclusion; (ii) strengthen dialogue with national authorities and key stakeholders; and (iii) provide leadership to the World ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵAPP team in Togo.
