Pursuant to Sanctions Board Decision No. 91 issued in Sanctions Case No. 339, the Sanctions Board imposes a sanction of reprimand on the Respondent by means of a formal letter of private reprimand. The Sanctions Board finds that it is more likely than not that the Respondent engaged in a fraudulent practice as defined in Paragraph 1.14(a)(ii) of the World ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵAPP¡¯s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits (May 2004) by misrepresenting in its bid for a ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵAPP-financed contract the commission paid or to be paid to its agent.
