?¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵAPP Group welcomes Mr. J. James Spinner as the new Chair of the Sanctions Board. Mr. Spinner, a U.S. national, has served as a member of the Sanctions Board since 2013. An expert in international law and development, Mr. Spinner had a lengthy career at the Inter-American Development ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵAPP and served as its General Counsel from 2000 until his retirement in 2011.
¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵAPP's Executive Directors have appointed Mr. Spinner to serve as Sanctions Board Chair effective October 1, 2015. Information on all current Sanctions Board Members is available here.
