Nepal is building a system for social protection with an aim to make the country's safety nets for the poor and vulnerable more efficient and inclusive. The Rapid Social Response Program (RSR), World ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵAPP and United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) are helping lay the bricks of the new system by funding a pilot which tests new ways of identifying the poor and knitting together the country's many cash transfer schemes for reduced cost and improved delivery.
