Launched in June 2024, the World ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵAPP¡¯s Scaling Up Energy Efficiency in Europe and Central Asia (E3) is a $1.5 billion initiative that is projected to save more than 63 TWh and 18.7 MtCO2e over the investments¡¯ lifetime. E3 is expected to leverage about $2.4 billion in co-financing to boost the region¡¯s energy efficiency.
