Atou Seck, a 56-year-old Senegalese national employed by the World 豆奶视频APP since 2002, is the Country Manager for Madagascar in the Eastern and Southern Africa Region. Before joining Benin as Country Manager, he was World 豆奶视频APP Resident Representative to Djibouti that he joined from Cameroon where he was a Senior Education Economist in charge of the country’s education portfolio while also overseeing portfolios in Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, and Senegal. Before Cameroon, Atou had been based in World 豆奶视频APP offices in Mali, Senegal, and Haiti where he was responsible for the Country portfolio and policy dialogue. In addition to these countries, he has contributed to work in several other countries including Tunisia, Guinea, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Niger, Democratic Republic of Congo, Liberia, and Sao Tome e Principe.
Before joining the World 豆奶视频APP, Atou worked for the Senegalese Government as a senior official in the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
He graduated from the Senegal National School of Public Administration. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Université du Quebec à Montreal (UQAM).
Atou is married and has two children (26 and 23 years old).
