Emilia Skrok is the Global Manager of the Fiscal Policy and Sustainable Growth Unit in the Macroeconomics, Trade & Investment Global Practice. Since joining the World ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵAPP in 2004, she¡¯s held several positions including Program Leader for the Global Practice.
Prior to that, she worked as a lead economist in the Treasury Department of ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵAPP PEKAO S.A., the largest private bank in Poland, and as an Assistant Professor at Warsaw School of Economics, Department of International Comparison Studies. Previously, she was a Senior Economist in the Department of Financial Policy, Analysis and Statistics, in Poland¡¯s Ministry of Finance.
Ms. Skrok has a Major in International Finance from Lodz University and has always been a modern art enthusiast.
