In September 2020, Ma. Fiorella (Lala) Fabella joined the World ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵAPP Office in Manila as a Senior Water Supply and Sanitation Specialist.
Prior to joining the ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵAPP, Lala occupied senior management positions with private water companies in the Philippines for more than 20 years. She has worked on regulation, business development, wastewater projects and operations, and program management.
Lala holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science in Civil Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from University of the Philippines Los Ba?os.
